The Shift started with a simple frustration: getting dressed for a day that doesn't stay in one lane.

A 9am meeting. A coffee that turns into lunch. A client call that runs straight into dinner. Most workwear is built for one of those moments — not all three. So we built a wardrobe for the shift in between.

We're not a design house. We're editors — we search out pieces that are structured enough for the boardroom and soft enough for everything after, then bring them together under one roof so you're not doing that work yourself. Every piece earns its place by doing two jobs in one day.
