Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by tracking). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging with the SKU label intact.

We don't offer exchanges — for a different size or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Final sale (non-returnable): swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products.

Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error — in that case, it's free. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return: Email info@theshiftedit.shop with your order number within 7 days of delivery. Your return must be shipped back within 7 days of that request; late returns may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined.

Refund timing: Once your return is received and inspected, allow 5–7 business days for your refund to post to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
